Hi There Colour Blast Fans!

Trudi with you today sharing some CB fun.

I had lots of fun creating my background for my layout:

"Precious"

White Cardstock background has been transformed with Colour Shimmer Sprays Deep Water, Fire Engine, Lipstick and Sunshine and Colour Paste Snow White and Sunshine.

Lipstick was first spritzed over the background with Fire Engine added over some of the areas to add intensity. The cardstock was also tilted to create 'runs'. Some masked detail was also added - first with Snow White Colour Paste and bubbles stencil with Deep Water Shimmer Spray spritzed over the top. Yellow masked accents were added with Sunshine Colour Paste and a turkish lattice stencil.

The chipboard frame surrounding my photo was altered with Fire Engine Colour Paste. A palette knife was used for applying it. A heat gun was used to create the slightly 'bubbled' effect.

White paint was mixed with Snow White Colour Paste to alter some of the other chipboard elements. Fire Engine Embossing Powder which was heat set creates subtle accenting to areas of the chipboard flourish.

Snow White Texture Colour Paste was also used to accent the chipboard word title and petal tips of the flowers.
The larger flower was also lightly misted with Sunshine Shimmer Spray to coordinate.
