Hi, my name is Tenisha Furlong and I am the creator and owner of Colour Blast.
I am 39 years old who is married and the mother of a 9 year old energic boy.
We live on a rural property, where I have several horses that I breed and show – so my time is very limited trying to juggle my busy personal life and my scrapbooking adventures.
I have been scrapping for over 10 years.  Prior to scrapping, I worked as a professional in the legal field.  About 5 years ago I decided to leave behind my career and created an online scrapbooking store called ‘Scrap Elegance’ which is still operating today. Recently I was given the opportunity to branch out into the manufacturing field, resulting in the Colour Blast brand being established – to date this adventure has been extremely exciting and I am excited about the future of this brand.

Hi, my name is Melissa Struhs. I am a wife to a Cabinet Maker husband ( and yes, he is extremely patient with my never ending updates to the craft room) and a mum to a teenage son. He is the reason I began scrapbooking over 15 years ago when I was on maternity leave and I never intended for it to become a career change.

I have been teaching in local Gold Coast and Brisbane stores for nearly 15 years now and am currently teaching at
Scrapulous in Shailer Park. I am also on the Design Team for Scrap the Boys.

My scrapbooking style could be best described as traditional, as I still love double layouts and combining gorgeous patterned papers. What I love most is incorporating hand stitching, laser cut chipboard and mixed media techniques to create the textures and layers in a streamlined way.

I am so looking forward to joining the Colourblast team and creating some inspiring projects and classes for the year ahead.

I'm Kaye from Queensland, Australia where I live with my very patient husband and a hoard of animals that I'm sure think they are human!
I've been a keen scrapper since 2002, and love all things mixed media. I love experimenting with new products and techniques. While I have taught previously this is my first design team position and I am very excited to be part of this wonderful team.

I have been scrapbooking for many years, as evidenced by my well-organised large stash and shelves full of albums! My life is always about the balance and juggle – as I divide time between my gorgeous family (husband and 3 girls), my rewarding work (full time as a Speech Pathologist) and my "me" time (Scrapbooking and Jujitsu). I have worked on a variety of Design Teams as well as Teams for challenge blogs over the years and have been published in Scrapbooking Memories. I love to use patterned papers, but also combining mixed media to create interesting backgrounds. Embellishment clusters are part of my signature style!

I'm Amy from Victoria, Australia. I have been Papercrafting for the last 6 years. My journey started from cardmaking to scrapbooking. Which I very much enjoy. I am married to a very supportive and patient husband. And we have 2 active and gorgeous boys. I divide my time from part time work in Physio to crafting and keeping fit. I’m excited by this wonderful opportunity to joining an inspiring team. I do look forward to sharing my creations with you.
Ciao, Amy

Hi, my name is Fiona Hughes. I am a Registered Nurse from the Illawarra. I have 3 older kids… 21,18 &17. I have been scrapbooking and card making for about 10 yrs now. My scrapping has evolved over the last few years into primarily mixed media style layouts.... I do like a bit of "randomness" & texture.I scrap both boy and girl layouts and I am forever using my extended family's photos, as I miss using baby and littlies pics on my pages. I'm pretty new to the DT world but look forward to sharing my work with you all.
Cheers, Fi

Hi there, I'm Gwen Wruck, I live on the beautiful Gold Coast in Queensland with my hubby and daughter.

I started scrapping in 1998 and still absolutely love it.  I have worked on many design teams and am currently designing for Cocoa Vanilla and D-lish Scraps and love showcasing products, sharing ideas and connecting with the scrap community.  I have enjoyed having articles and layouts published in Scrapbooking Memories and am thrilled to be a Scrapbooking Memories Master for 2017.  I also teach at a local store all of which keeps me very busy.

I adore paper and layering it up and have quite an eclectic feel to my designs.  My pages are embellishment heavy - generally clusters and most definitely have a "pretty" feel to them.  I love chipboard, layers and flowers and almost always include sewing on my pages.  I am so looking forward to sharing my “clean mixed media” style - proving you don’t have to get your hands dirty to do mixed media!!

Hey.. I’m Kasia and I live with my hubby and two crazy-fun kiddos in Adelaide. Being creative has been a huge part of my life since I could hold a pencil. I have a Bachelor of Art in Multimedia, Photography & Graphic Design and have been a memory keeper in one form or another throughout my life. I love the feel of paper in my hands, copics, stamps, paint and getting messy in general.

I worked at my local scrapbook store and taught all the messy & colourful classes for the best part of 2 years and have been on the Creative Kit Club Design Team since September 2015.

I now work full time for Uniquely Creative as a Graphic Designer, Coordinator of the Creative Kit Club and the Admin Girl and absolutely love being able to design the products I can later create with.

I have hugely missed teaching and getting messy so I am beyond excited to be joining the Colour Blast Design Team to fill that void.

I'm a mum to four year old twin boys and I work full time in allied health care - hence the blog name Timeless Craft Mumma!
In 2014 I discovered the online scrapbook community and decided to start my own blog and enter challenges.
As a way to learn and improve I watched YouTube videos - this inspired me to share my style and knowledge - so I started a YouTube channel and hope to inspire others to Scrapbook.
I love the creative outlet that Scrapping gives me + the memory keeping element is also important.
I describe my style as paper + medium. I love to create backgrounds and play with all kinds of mediums - paint, paste, ink, mists, water colour ... love them all!
My favourite creations are layouts but I also dabble in off the page, canvas and tag creations!

Hi I'm Malinda,
Wife to one, mum to three and scrapbooker for about 10 years. I've been on many design teams and creative teams in Australia but being on Colour Blast Australia makes me very excited. Why? I love getting messy. I love paint and ink and sprays and texture and colour. My Style is messy. I love mixed media and using whatever's in front of me on my table. I love bits and pieces and have a rather eclectic and random style to my pages. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't.

I look forward to sharing my work with you and inspiring you to use colour and texture in new and exciting ways.

I am a mostly SAHM to 2 little boys and live in the beautiful south of Perth with said children and my awesome, supportive husband! I am also a Weight Watchers coach; after completing my own weight loss journey I wanted to help others and love my job!

I started scrapping around 2011/2012 with my biggest boys baby album. I started as a card maker and remember very clearly saying "I'll never scrapbook, I don't see the point!!" I heard of Project Life while pregnant with our 2nd in 2012 and started PL in 2013. I found my feet with PL and my confidence. Fast forward to 2016 and I am a scrapbooker, project lifer, card maker, art journaller and copic colourer!! I love to play and have found a love in mixed media over the last 12 months and am super excited to be a part of this awesome Australian DT. Thanks for having me Tenisha!

Hi! My name is Rachel and I live in Adelaide with my husband and our 2 young boys.
I first started scrapbooking about 10 years ago, but after a big break I rediscovered it with a life-changing passion about 3 years ago.
I love the fact that scrapbooking allows me to express my creativity and document my precious memories at the same time.
I'm lucky enough to have had a career in the television industry for the past 16 years, and I am in my craft space most nights for some 'me' time after the daily demands of work and family.
I am currently on the Design Teams for several challenge blogs as well as the Creative Kit Club.
I have been published in Jot Magazine and Scrapbooking Memories (including the cover).

I really love using mixed media, texture, and learning new techniques and just having fun.

I'm so excited to be joining the Colour Blast team!

Hi, my name is Selena Stevens.  I live on a rural property in Queensland with my husband, and two small children.  I have been creating mixed media paintings, predominantly in art journals, since 2013.  Prior to that I was scrapbooking, and I have dabbled in macramé, pottery, sewing and anything that I can have a go at, but mixed media has been what I have always been looking for.
I have begun teaching mixed media art classes locally this year and this is my first time being a member of a design team.  I am looking forward to embracing the exciting times that this year has ahead with the Colour Blast team.

Hi I'm Sue. I am a SAHM of three (daughter Brielle and twin sons Hunter and Kaden) and we live among the beautiful Glass House Mountains in Queensland.
I have been scrapping for over 8 years, having started shortly after the birth of my daughter. I took an extended break after the premature birth of my boys but since my return, I find it need it more than ever - it's my "sanity saver".
My style can best be described as varied - sometimes it may be clean and linear, and at other times messy and eclectic. Feminine, masculine, grunge, floral...I like a bit of everything. What can I say? I like to keep things interesting! I mainly create 12x12 layouts, but do like to dabble on the odd canvas and in my art journal as well.

I am currently a design team member for Cocoa Vanilla Studio and Flutterby Designs and am so happy to be joining Colour Blast to represent another great Australian brand. I am passionate about supporting Australian companies, and I believe all Aussie scrappers should support our local industry.

Looking forward to sharing all my Colour Blast creations with you - let the fun begin!

I am a mother of 3 and work full time as a Pathology Assistant.

Life is full on but I always find time to de-stress in my Scrapbooking. I wouldn't say I have a style...I go with whatever I feel like at the time.  I love getting messy with my mixed media. Lots of colour and flowers.

I am Tracey from Jervis Bay in New South Wales, well from there for now. Both my husband and I are in the Navy so we tend to move around a lot, which is great for me as there are always new and exciting things to do and take photos of, which means more photos to scrap!! I like to call myself a scrapoholic which means that I obsess over scrapbooking!!

Lucky for me my husband has his own hobbies and together we have two beautiful, but cheeky girls. I have never been able to label myself with a certain scrapbooking style as I am very experimental and eclectic, I change style to suit my photos and the products which I like to play with.

I have always loved arts and craft from a very young age, but tended to jump around from project to hobby to creation. It wasn't until a friend dragged me to scrapbooking for beginners lesson that I round my one true hobby, a craft where I can use my love of mixed media, stationary, paper and photography in one, I am forever thankful to my friend. It has been about 11 years now and I know there are going to be many more to come as I love it as much today as I ever have.
